LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

STS Transport LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Logistics Specialist.

Working conditions:

• Salary: 1000-1500 AZN
• Work schedule: 5-day working week
• Working hours: 09:00-18:00
• Workplace: Khatai district
• Friendly and professional working environment

Candidate requirements:

• Higher or secondary specialized education
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, B1 level in English and Russian languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work with numbers and analytical thinking
• Strong communication, organizational and correspondence skills
• Responsible, attentive and ability to work efficiently
• Experience in logistics is considered an advantage

Main job responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily tracking of international freight operations and orders
• Preparing and properly formalizing documents related to the transportation process
• Conducting correspondence with local and foreign partners and promptly responding to incoming emails
• Monitoring all stages of the transportation process and ensuring relevant reporting
• Entering information related to logistics operations into the system and participating in document flow management.
• Timely and qualitative execution of other tasks assigned by management
