LAWYER

Work conditions:

•  Workplace: Narimanov district, Baku;
•  Work schedule: 5-day work week;
•  Salary: 2.000 – 3.000 AZN (depending on the candidate's experience and knowledge level).

Responsibilities:

•  Drafting, legal expertise, and analysis of contracts;
•  Providing opinions and consultations on legal matters arising from the company's activities;
•  Conducting legal correspondence with state bodies, courts, and other organizations;
•  Representing the company's interests in court and enforcement proceedings;
•  Assessing and minimizing legal risks;
•  Providing legal support in corporate, labor, civil, and administrative law.

Requirements:

•  Higher legal education;
•  Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field;
•  Court experience is mandatory;
•  Experience in participation and representation in court proceedings;
•  High-level knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
•  Ability to prepare and analyze legal documents;
•  Analytical thinking, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
