About the job:

  • Location: Baku city;
  • Salary: 500 AZN;
  • Work schedule: 5 days a week.

Job responsibilities:

  • Receiving, registering, and archiving incoming and outgoing documents;
  • Ensuring the correct and timely organization of document flow within the company;
  • Preparing official correspondence and directing it to the relevant parties;
  • Compiling and systematizing internal orders, directives, and other documents;
  • Participating in the execution of management's tasks and the preparation of reports;
  • Working in the electronic document management system and updating databases.

 Requirements:

  • Higher or vocational education;
  • Age: 20–35 years;
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a relevant field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani;
  • Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel;
  • Practical knowledge of document management and business correspondence etiquette.
