Junior Technical Specialist

AQA Group of Companies announces a vacancy for the position of "Junior Technical Specialist".

Working conditions:

• Working days: 5-day work schedule, Saturday is a short workday, 1 day off per week;
• Salary: 1000 AZN (net)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of repair, maintenance, reconstruction, and installation work in offices and facilities;
• Plan daily technical tasks, organize resource allocation, and ensure timely completion of work;
• Prepare relevant regulatory documents related to construction and technical work and maintain correct documentation;
• Ensure proper and safe operation of equipment and prevent technical malfunctions;
• Supervise the technical maintenance of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, and other engineering systems;
• Ensure continuity in the supply of power, water, gas, and communication to facilities;
• Coordinate work with subcontractors, inspect the quality of completed work, and participate in the handover process;
• Supervise compliance with safety and security regulations in technical work areas;
• Organize the work of subordinate technical staff and perform daily supervision;
• Take measures for the prompt resolution of technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Compliance with internal disciplinary rules, occupational health, and safety regulations;
• Perform other technical and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in a relevant field, such as civil engineering);
• Considering the requirements of the position, male candidates are preferred;
• High-level Azeri language skills (both verbal and written);
• Computer skills – excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar field;
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems;
• Ability to work in a team.
