Vacancy: Industrial Engineer

Working Conditions:

• Workplace: Surakhani district, Bina settlement;
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 08:30 to 17:30;
• Salary: 1200-1500 AZN;
• Lunch: Provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and optimization of production processes;
• Development of proposals to increase productivity and reduce production costs;
• Conducting time, labor, and resource analyses in production processes;
• Monitoring production indicators and preparing relevant reports;
• Participation in the standardization of processes in production areas;
• Participation in the implementation of projects aimed at improving quality, productivity, and efficiency;
• Ensuring the execution of production plans by coordinating with relevant departments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the production sector;
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
• Knowledge of Russian or English is considered an advantage.
