Industrial Engineer

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Surakhani district, Bina settlement
• Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 08:30 – 17:30
• Salary: To be determined based on competition/interview
• Lunch: Provided by the company

Main duties:

• Analysis and optimization of production processes;
• Preparation of proposals to increase productivity and reduce production costs;
• Conducting time, labor, and resource analyses in production processes;
• Monitoring production indicators and preparing reports;
• Participating in the standardization of processes in production areas;
• Participating in the implementation of projects aimed at increasing quality, productivity, and efficiency;
• Ensuring the execution of production plans by working in coordination with relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant specialty;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the production field;
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Teamwork and effective communication skills;
• Knowledge of Russian or English is an advantage.
