Legal Counsel

📌 Requirements:

* Higher education in law, male candidates (Master's degree is an advantage);

* 5 years of experience in corporate law;

* Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Civil, Civil Procedural, Administrative Procedural, Labor codes, Code of Administrative Offences, regulatory acts, Law on Enforcement, Labor legislation, and International law;

* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

* Proficiency in legal drafting and professional communication;

* Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian – high level, English – preferred;

* Ability to use e-taxes.gov.az, e-mehkeme.gov.az, e-qanun.az portals;

* Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

* Knowledge of legal document filing, recording, and systematization rules.

📌 Responsibilities:

* Investigating legal issues across company departments and participating in staff training;

* Providing legal advice on civil, labor, tax, and administrative legislation;

* Representing company interests in courts, government agencies, and private entities, as well as managing court cases and execution processes;

* Participating in the preparation and legal review of internal corporate acts, orders, instructions, and procedures;

* Responding to legal correspondence, applications, and complaints within designated timelines;

* Conducting legal review of all contracts, approving or providing written opinions on them, and preventing the execution of illegal transactions by informing management;

* Participating in resolving legal issues that arise in the company's activities.

📌 Employment conditions:

* Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

* 6-day work week (shortened Saturday);

* Salary: 1500 AZN;

* Location: Narimanov district, Ahmed Rajabli street.
