VACANCY: HEAD OF SECURITY

📍 Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

🕒 Work Schedule: Full-time

💰 Salary: 1,000 – 1,500 AZN

Job Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of the security and protection activities of the enterprise;
• Supervision of security personnel and work distribution;
• Control of the entry-exit regime of the facility;
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations;
• Organizing the prevention of emergencies and the execution of operational measures;
• Preparation of reports on security incidents;
• Training and coordination of security staff's work activities;
• Regular submission of reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Security;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Responsibility, discipline, and promptness;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
