Financial Specialist                                                                                                                                       

Job Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city;
• Working hours: 09:00-18:00;
• Salary: 1500 AZN and above (by agreement, depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience).  

Job Responsibilities:                                                                                                                            

• Accounting and analysis of the company's monthly income and expenses;
• Monitoring of cash flow and preparation of Cash Flow reports;
• Verification of invoices, payments, and other financial documents from contractors and suppliers;
• Preparation of monthly, weekly, and operational financial reports;
• Analysis of material, labor, and other costs for projects;
• Comparison of actual expenses with the approved budget and identification of deviations;
• Monitoring the execution of project budgets and tracking expense dynamics;
• Checking the compliance of payments with the approved budget and contract terms;
• Regular submission of reports on financial indicators and analytical data to management;
• Timely identification of financial risks and potential budget deviations.                         

Candidate Requirements:

Education and Professional Knowledge:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Relevant work experience in the financial sector;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports;
• Knowledge of budgeting and Cash Flow.

• Responsibility, attentiveness, and accuracy;
• Ability to complete tasks on time and with high quality.
