Job Information

We are looking for a female candidate for the position of driver-instructor for our “İlk Addım” Driving Training team.

It is not necessary for the candidate to have previously worked as a driving instructor. Before starting work, our company will conduct 2–3 days of practical preparation and internship lessons.

Working Conditions:

• Working schedule: 6 days a week;
• Working hours: 09:00–19:00;
• Work location: Baku city, in specific areas;
• Salary: 1000–1200 AZN.

Requirements for Candidate:

• Must have good knowledge of traffic rules;
• Must drive the vehicle independently, safely, and confidently;
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of driving experience;
• Must be patient, responsible, and communicative;
• Must be active, business-minded, and enthusiastic about teaching;
• Must take her work seriously and responsibly;
• Must be able to communicate with customers correctly and politely;
• Education: Not important;
• Work experience: No experience as an instructor is required;
• Driving experience: Minimum 4 years;
• Gender: Female candidate;
• Age limit: 30–50 years old.
