VACANCY | ESTIMATOR ENGINEER

Field: Construction

We are looking for an Estimator Engineer who can professionally manage the processes of preparing estimates, calculating work volumes, and controlling project costs for construction projects.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Baku;
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week;
• Work Regime: Project-based;
• Salary: 1500–2500 AZN (based on experience and professional skills).

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of estimate documents for construction projects;
• Calculation of work volumes based on project and technical documents;
• Calculation of material, labor, and equipment costs;
• Determination of the cost price of construction works;
• Preparation of project budget and cost control;
• Conducting estimate calculations for tenders and commercial proposals;
• Analysis of price quotations from contractors and suppliers;
• Comparative analysis of actual costs against estimates;
• Updating estimates during project changes;
• Preparation of estimates and relevant reports;
• Coordinated work with project, procurement, and finance teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating within the construction field;
• Ability to prepare estimates for construction projects;
• Ability to read project and working drawings;
• Good knowledge of construction materials and work volumes;
• Ability to calculate cost prices and control budgets;
• Experience working with tenders and commercial proposals;
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel;
• Experience with estimating software;
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and responsibility;
• Practical experience in construction projects is mandatory.

• Experience in large-scale construction projects;
• Experience in residential and commercial construction;
• Experience working with tender and contractor estimates;
• Experience in preparing and optimizing project budgets.
