Digital specialist

Position: Digital specialist 

Working conditions:

• Salary - 1000 azn;
• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code;
• Work schedule: 08:00 - 17:00, 5 working days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the target audience and study of consumer behavior; 
• Development of a digital promotion strategy; 
• Identification of communication channels (social networks, contextual advertising, email marketing, etc.); 
• Implementation of SEO/SEM optimization (meta tags, site structure, keywords); 
• Building and managing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);
• Compliance with franchisor brand guidelines; 
• Development of strategies to increase website traffic; 
• Calculation of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) without direct sales, impressions and reach metrics; 
• Development of strategies to increase subscriber and follower counts; 
• Optimization of advertising campaigns; 
• Monitoring the digital market and technologies; 
• Proposing new solutions and tools for the business; 
• Development of marketing strategy and marketing plan; 
• Selection of priority advertising channels in accordance with budget, audience characteristics, and product specifics.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of work experience in sales (cosmetics, clothing, etc.); 
• Fluency in Russian and English is an advantage; 
• Practical experience in e-commerce; 
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Analytics, GA4, and Shopify; 
• High-level proficiency in Excel; 
• Ability to work with large volumes of data; 
• Attention to detail, responsibility, creativity, and result-orientation; 
• Ability to independently plan work and take responsibility for results; 
• Ability to work in a team under multiple tasks.
