Job description:

 Performing precise and accurate machining of parts on CNC machines;

 Proper selection and installation of cutting tools and fixtures to be used during the operation;

 Writing programs according to technical drawings, setting up and operating the machine;

 Flawless machining of parts based on given drawings;

 Machining hardened parts (heat-treated, hardness HRC 58–62) on a CNC lathe;

 Working on a CNC machine with a FANUC 01-TF control system;

 Performing daily technical inspection of the machine, identifying and eliminating technical malfunctions;

 Making suggestions for optimizing processing time and material consumption;

 Adhering to safety rules and production discipline.

Requirements:

•  Minimum 3 years of experience in writing programs and operating a CNC lathe;
•  Knowledge of one of the control systems Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain is an advantage;
•  Experience working with measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, etc.);
•  Ability to read drawings and technical blueprints (intermediate level);
•  Professional qualification no lower than 4th grade;
•  Knowledge of structural features and rules of use for special and universal fixtures;
•  Knowledge of sharpening and setting up the geometric shape of cutting tools made from tool steels and hard alloys;
•  Attentive, responsible, and ability to work in a team.
