Chief Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead the uninterrupted and efficient operation of the enterprise's processing sector, production equipment, and aggregates;

• To ensure the sequence of production and processing processes, and prevent potential delays in processes;

• To participate in the development of the enterprise's technical policy and the identification of development perspectives;

• To implement measures aimed at increasing the technical level of production, applying technological innovations, and raising production efficiency;

• To ensure efficient use of material, financial, and labor resources, and monitor the optimization of production costs;

• To ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards and take measures for continuous quality improvement;

• To check the technical soundness of equipment during repair and preventive maintenance periods and ensure operational readiness;

• To monitor compliance with technological discipline, occupational safety, HSE, fire safety, and industrial sanitation rules;

• To ensure the timely and accurate preparation of technical documents and reports;

• To implement shift scheduling and ensure that staff adhere to labor discipline and safety regulations;

• To participate in the selection, evaluation, and professional development of subordinate employees;

• To develop and implement proposals regarding the optimization and technical improvement of production processes;

• To perform other tasks assigned by management in a timely and high-quality manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline;

• Minimum 7–10 years of engineering experience in the agricultural or production field;

• Ability to work independently in technical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.);

• Deep knowledge of agricultural machinery, production equipment, and their operating principles;

• Practical experience in project management, planning, and budgeting;

• Knowledge of irrigation, water supply, soil science, and relevant engineering systems;

• Experience in managing large technical teams and successfully executing complex projects;

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;

• High-level knowledge of technical standards, HSE, and safety regulations;

• Skills in report preparation, presentation, and effective communication;

• Flexible adaptation to changing working conditions and an innovative approach;

• Possession of professional engineering certificates is considered an advantage.
