Chief accountant

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (RESTAURANT AND CATERING INDUSTRY)

A professional Chief Accountant with experience in accounting for restaurants and catering establishments is sought.

JOB INFORMATION

• Salary: 2000-2500 AZN;
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00;
• Workplace: Baku city, ISR Plaza, Sabail district
• Stable and long-term employment opportunity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organization and management of accounting in the restaurant and catering sector;
• Preparation of financial, tax, and statistical reports;
• Control over sales, cash, POS terminal, and bank transactions;
• Control over the accounting, write-off, and inventory of food and other inventory;
• Calculation of food cost and analysis of expenses;
• Management of accounts receivable and payable;
• Salary calculations and submission of financial reports to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics;
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting;
• Practical experience in accounting for restaurants or catering establishments is mandatory;
• High-level proficiency and free use of iiko or R-Keeper, 1C, and MS Excel programs;
• Practical knowledge of restaurant sales, warehouse accounting, product write-off, and cost calculation;
• In-depth knowledge of the Tax Code and accounting standards;
• Independent experience in preparing tax returns;
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and high responsibility.
