Vacancy: B2B Sales Specialist
Kartpak LLC is looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Specialist with excellent communication skills for its team working in the field of cardboard boxes, packaging, and printing products.
Working conditions:
- Location: Baku city;
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work week;
- Salary: 500 AZN fixed salary + bonus system;

Responsibilities:
- Attracting corporate clients and expanding the client base for cardboard boxes, packaging, and printing products;
- Conducting meetings with potential clients and preparing commercial proposals;
- Managing relationships with existing clients and building new partnerships;
- Analyzing customer needs and providing suitable packaging solutions;
- Executing sales plans and achieving set goals;
- Preparing contracts and coordinating the order process;
- Conducting market research and analyzing competitors' activities;
- Preparing sales reports and submitting them to management;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani;
- Knowledge of Russian or English is an advantage;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs;
- Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
