📦 Warehouse Manager

📌 Working conditions:

• Salary: 2500 AZN (net) + KPI bonus;
• Work schedule: 5 days, 09:00 – 18:00;
• Workplace: Baku city.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Overall management of warehouse operations and daily operational control;
• Proper organization of goods reception, placement, and dispatch;
• Continuous stock monitoring and inventory management;
• Management of warehouse staff and organization of work distribution;
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures;
• Setup, optimization, and automation of warehouse systems;
• Implementation and improvement of ERP and other warehouse management systems;
• Setup of KPI systems and performance monitoring;
• Organization of correct product placement by zoning and categorization;
• Coordination of logistics processes and collaboration with other departments;
• Preparation of regular reports and submission to management.

📌 Requirements:

• Higher or secondary specialized education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position in the warehouse sector;
• Experience in setting up or optimizing warehouse systems;
• Experience working with KPI systems;
• Proficiency in MS Office and 1C 8.3 software;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership and team management skills; Responsibility and accuracy.
