Air Ticket Sales Specialist

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city
• Salary: 800 - 1400 AZN
• Work schedule: 5 days. 09:00 - 18:00

Job responsibilities:

• Booking, selling, and re-issuing air tickets;
• Informing customers about flights and fares;
• Making reservations through GDS systems;
• Offering customers suitable travel solutions and additional services;
• Executing sales and payment transactions;
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining documentation;
• Promptly responding to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in reservation or air ticket sales;
• Proficiency in GDS systems (certificate is an advantage);
• Knowledge of IATA rules;
• Experience in air ticket sales and payment operations;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages;
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Advantage:

• Work experience in tourism or aviation.
