Accountant-Operator

Kolorit Restaurant Network is looking for an Accountant-Operator for its team.

Working conditions:

•  Salary: 600 AZN
•  Workplace: Baku city, Nizami street 83
•  Work schedule: 6 working days a week, 09:00 – 18:00

Responsibilities:

• Entering daily invoices, receipts and other primary accounting documents into the system;
• Processing daily and monthly expenses through the program and verifying operations;
• Performing input and output operations for inventory;
• Regular monitoring of warehouse balances;
• Organizing and documenting monthly inventory;
• Maintaining and updating the inventory register;
• Collecting data for report preparation and ensuring proper archiving of accounting documents.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or related fields;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the relevant field;
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel;
• Analytical thinking and mathematical calculation skills;
• Attention to detail, responsibility and accuracy in work;
• Ability to work in a team and quickly solve problems;
• Ability to complete tasks given by management on time and with quality.
