Depending on experience, the role can be offered as Senior Project Engineer, with growth potential to Project Engineering Lead. 🎯 Job Responsibilities: * Work on maintenance programs and capital projects across oil & gas and industrial sectors; * Prepare project documentation, method statements, and workflows; * Perform project estimation, including quantity and cost calculations; * Conduct site surveys and inspections; * Coordinate closely with Project Manager, Site Supervisors, and on-site teams; * Lead and support execution of multiple projects simultaneously. 🧩 Essential Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in capital projects or maintenance programs; * Strong experience with technical documentation and workflow management; * Proven experience in quantity and cost estimation; * Site inspection and coordination experience; * Advanced Excel skills; * Very good English language skills; * Based in Baku with availability to travel up to 50%; * Ability to start within 1 month. ➕ Preferred Qualifications * Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, or Finance); * Cost control experience; * Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6; * Leadership experience; * FEED/EPC project experience; * Russian language skills; * Immediate availability. 📩 To apply: Send your CV with the subject “Senior/Project Engineer” to f.sharifov@ogs-az.com
