Job Description:
OGS Azerbaijan is seeking an ambitious, self-driven Project Engineer with experience in maintenance programs, capital projects from Oil & Gas, petrochemicals or process industry. The successful candidate will be someone with education in one of core engineering disciplines and extensive hands-on experience with project estimation, preparing project documentation, writing method statements, working closely with site teams and who can actively coordinate and lead site execution on multiple projects.
The role can be a Senior Project Engineer depending on the profile of the successful candidate. There is growth potential to Project Engineering Lead with this role.

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in capital projects and/or extensive maintenance programs;
• Highly proficient with technical documents, preparing, writing and managing workflows;
• Proven quantity and cost estimation experience;
• Site survey and inspection experience;
• Project Coordination experience assisting the Project Manager, working closely with Site Supervisors and teams on site;
• Very good English language skills;
• Residing in Baku, Azerbaijan with ability to travel up to 50% of the time (regionally);
• Advanced user of Excel;
• Can start within 1 month.

Desired Additional Skills and Experience:
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business or Finance;
• Cost Control experience;
• Planning and Scheduling software experience (MS Project or Primavera P6);
• Proven Leadership experience;
• Front end design experience from FEED/EPC projects;
• Russian language proficiency;
• Can start immediately.
